Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tivals AI, powered by tivalsdeveloper, handles information when you use the application.

Information we process

• Account details such as your name and email address when you register.
• Messages and prompts you submit to the AI service.
• Conversation history saved locally on your device.
• Gmail message metadata and snippets only when you deliberately connect Gmail and request Gmail features.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate your account, provide AI responses, maintain your conversations, operate Gmail features you enable, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.

Google user data

Gmail access is optional. When enabled, Tivals AI retrieves message details for email features you request. If you turn on hourly email reminders, our server checks for new messages even when the app is closed, sends new-message previews to your Telegram chat, and may send relevant message details to the configured AI service to suggest replies. Email details you ask the assistant to analyze may also be sent to that service. Tivals AI requests Gmail send permission and sends a message only after you review and explicitly confirm it. Tivals AI does not modify or delete Gmail messages.

Storage and service providers

Authentication is provided through Supabase. AI requests are processed through the configured Tivals AI backend and its model provider. Some settings and chat history are stored in your browser. These providers may process limited information required to deliver their services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate requested features, when legally required, or to protect the service and its users.

Your choices

You can avoid connecting Gmail, stop hourly checks with /reminder email off, disconnect Gmail with /disconnect_gmail, clear browser-stored conversations, or sign out. You may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. Information is retained only as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve security issues.

Children

Tivals AI is not intended for children under 13 without appropriate parent, guardian, or school supervision.

Changes

We may update this policy when the application or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated.
