AI chat and photos
Ask questions, get explanations, send a photo for analysis, or request an AI image. Example: Teach me Python loops or @image a blue robot.
Telegram automation made simple
Build a Telegram bot with BotFather, connect it securely to Tivals AI, add your business details, and automate customer replies — step by step.
What you can do
Use the main Telegram assistant directly, or connect your own personal or business bot. Connected services require their own setup and permissions.
Ask questions, get explanations, send a photo for analysis, or request an AI image. Example: Teach me Python loops or @image a blue robot.
Connect a bot to answer with your business name, products, prices, hours and FAQs. Example: a customer asks What are your opening hours? and receives the details you entered.
Set a personal assistant's style, manage your chats and schedule reminders. Example: Remind me tomorrow at 8 AM to study. Features depend on the bot's configured permissions.
Search from the chat and get video links plus a playable preview for each result. Example: Search Python tutorials on YouTube or @youtube Python tutorial. Playback depends on Telegram and the video's availability.
After connecting Gmail, check recent and unread messages and draft replies. Example: @gmail check my latest emails. Sending an email requires your confirmation.
Connect GitHub, TikTok or a website account to use their available tools. Example: @github check my GitHub account or @tiktok show my stats.
Send a Telegram voice note and receive a spoken answer. Example: ask aloud Explain fractions simply.
Create a website connector in the business dashboard and add its script to your site so visitors can start a conversation.
Open /app to manage bots, connectors and settings. Use /tools for examples and /plan to see the current plan and daily usage.
Start in @Tivalsdeveloperbot. Send /createbot for a personal bot or /createbusinessbot for the business studio.
Eight simple steps
Follow these steps in order. You do not need coding experience.
BotFather is Telegram’s official tool for creating and managing bots. Check that the username is exactly @BotFather with the verified badge.
Tap Start, then send this command. BotFather will ask you to choose a display name.
Use any display name. The username must be unique and end in bot, for example TivalsSupportBot.
BotFather will send an API token. Treat it like a password. Never post it in a chat, screenshot, website, or public GitHub file.
Open the dashboard through the official Tivalsdeveloper bot, then choose Connectors → Connect your own bot.
The dashboard checks the token with Telegram and links the verified bot to your signed-in account. One bot cannot be controlled from another user’s account.
Add your business name, assistant name, services, prices, hours and policies. Send /start to your bot, then ask a real customer question.
In Telegram, open Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots (or Chat Automation). Add your connected bot, allow it to manage and reply to messages, then choose the private chats it may access. Return to the Tivals dashboard, make sure Chat Automation is on, and send a test message from another Telegram account.
Inside the dashboard
Connect the bot, add the information it needs, and decide where it is allowed to reply.
Safe automation
These rules protect the owner, customers and group conversations.
The token is verified and bound to the account that connected it, preventing other users from reusing the same bot.
Messages sent by bots are ignored so two automated accounts cannot keep replying to each other.
In groups, reply only when the bot is mentioned, directly replied to, or an approved command is used.

Then open the Tivals dashboard and switch on Chat Automation. Telegram Business features may require Telegram Premium and the newest Telegram app.
Yes, after Secretary Mode is configured through Telegram Business Chat Automation. A normal bot can only answer conversations opened directly with the bot; Telegram Business permission is what allows it to help with messages sent to your personal business account.
Open the bot and press Start, confirm the dashboard says Connected, check that automation is switched on, and test in a private chat first. In a group, mention the bot or reply directly to one of its messages.
Add your real business name, products or services, prices, working hours, delivery area, contact details, refund rules and anything customers regularly ask. Do not add passwords or secret keys.
No. A bot should belong to one verified automation account. If you believe someone else has the token, revoke it in BotFather and create a new one.
Open the Tivalsdeveloper bot, launch the dashboard, and follow the guide above.
