These terms apply when you access or use Tivals AI, powered by tivalsdeveloper. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You may use Tivals AI for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded information, account activity, and how you use generated results.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break laws, harm others, distribute malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass security controls, overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

AI results

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Check important information independently. Do not rely on Tivals AI as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Google and Gmail features

Connecting Gmail is optional. Gmail access is optional. Reading email uses read-only access, while sending email requires the separate Gmail send permission and happens only after you review and explicitly confirm the message. Your use of Google services also remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Ownership

Tivals AI branding, application design, and original software remain the property of tivalsdeveloper or applicable licensors. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit, subject to permissions needed to process it and provide the service.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using AI output.

Termination

Access may be suspended for serious misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and sign out at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
